If you run out of credits, you can purchase more credits at any time. We will send you a warning email when you are running low on credits. We offer an auto-refill option to top-up your credits.How does invoicing work?
Invoices are generated monthly or when you purchase credits. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, and checks. Invoices are due within one month of the issue date.How do usage credits work?
Usage credits are a prepaid balance your agency uses to send messages and perform other actions, like reverse lookups. Each action uses a specific number of credits, which are deducted from your total. Credits must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for all plans. This includes full access to the platform, excluding carrier registration for text messages.
