What is an eCourtDate Implementation Partner?
A certified service provider authorized to deliver professional services related to the deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization of the eCourtDate platform.

Integration Services
SFTP integrations, REST API integrations, webhook events, and data synchronization with case management systems
Messaging Infrastructure
Carrier registration, sender ID registration, messaging throughput configuration, and telecom compliance support
Customer Onboarding
Operational onboarding, training programs, workflow configuration, and launch readiness
Platform Optimization
Adoption consulting, messaging program expansion, analytics and reporting, and operational improvement

Partner Engagement Models
Implementation Partners may engage with customers under two delivery models.
eCourtDate Managed Delivery
The customer contracts with eCourtDate for implementation services. eCourtDate assigns a certified Implementation Partner to deliver the project.
Payment Flow
Customer → eCourtDate → Implementation Partner
Partners receive a predefined services rate for project delivery.

Partner Managed Delivery
The partner contracts directly with the customer. The partner manages the services agreement, defines project pricing, and delivers implementation services independently.
No Services Fee to eCourtDate
Partners are not required to pay any services fee to eCourtDate.

Sales Referral and Commission Program
Implementation Partners are incentivized to originate new eCourtDate customers. If a partner introduces a new customer that purchases the eCourtDate platform, the partner may receive a sales commission.
Commission Structure
- 10-15% of first year subscription revenue
- Additional incentives for expansion deployments
Additional incentives may apply for expansion deployments such as GovLink AI, GovPayPlan, and new messaging channels.
