Responsibilities
- VAR is responsible to generate sales leads and close deals
- VAR must maintain a direct contractual relationship with the Customer
- VAR is responsible for all billing and collections for the Customer
- VAR cannot increase the price of the eCourtDate platform or services
- eCourtDate is responsible for all Customer support and training
- eCourtDate provides the platform, API, and user help desk
