Partner program questions

Which partner type is right for us?
Choose by how you want to work with agencies. Affiliates refer agencies and earn a commission with no technical work. Resellers sell, deploy, and support eCourtDate, often on their own contract vehicles. ISVs integrate their software with eCourtDate through the REST API. Many partners start in one tier and add another.
How do affiliate referrals work?
You register an agency you introduce, and you earn a commission when that referral becomes a customer. There is no technical work and no contract to carry. Commission terms are set in your affiliate agreement, so contact the partnerships team for current details.
Can we sell eCourtDate on our existing contract vehicles?
Yes. Resellers can transact eCourtDate on their own paper and through cooperative purchasing or contract vehicles where eligible. Deal registration protects the opportunities you bring. Talk to the partnerships team about your vehicles and territory.
How do ISV integrations work?
eCourtDate exposes a full REST API with webhooks, plus a sandbox for development. Technology partners build and certify an integration, then go to market jointly for the agencies they both serve. Start with the integrations page and the technical wiki.
Is there a cost to join the partner program?
No. Joining is free. You apply, complete onboarding for your tier, and start referring, reselling, or integrating. Certification and enablement are provided as part of the program.
Is eCourtDate CJIS compliant and secure?
Yes. eCourtDate is CJIS compliant and runs on AWS GovCloud, with TCPA opt-in handling and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility. You can represent the platform to security-conscious agencies with confidence.
How do we get started?
Email the partnerships team or schedule a partner meeting. We confirm the right tier for your business and walk you through onboarding.
