Eligible GoodBuy members can request an eCourtDate quote referencing Contract No. 26-27 6U000 (Computer: Software). Confirm membership and product coverage with your procurement team, then issue a purchase order directly to eCourtDate citing the contract number. The current term is September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027.
What is covered by the Texas OCA contract?
The Texas Office of Court Administration contracts with eCourtDate for the statewide Court Reminder Program. It covers court text and email reminders and related uses authorized by OCA. The program is provided at no cost to participating courts and counties; municipalities may join at cost. Review the Texas program information for its scope and participation steps.
How is the Minnesota contract different from the Texas OCA program?
The Minnesota state contract covers mass notification and alerting services for eligible Minnesota agencies and CPV members. The Texas OCA program covers court reminders and related authorized uses. Each has its own scope, eligibility, and purchasing or participation process.
