Requirements for Partners
Government Experience - Prior experience working with government agencies on software implementations, IT integrations, or compliance projects.
High Customer Satisfaction Standards - Maintain performance metrics on project completion, adoption rates, and end-user success.
Security & Compliance Expertise - Knowledge of government cybersecurity, data protection policies (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP, etc.), and procurement regulations.
Technical Proficiency - Understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions, API integrations, and IT governance frameworks.
Project Management Certification - Program Managers must hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or comparable public sector project management qualification).
Completion of eCourtDate Certification - Undergo training and pass an implementation certification exam to ensure best practices are followed.
