Onboarding fee disclosure

The Texas Office of Court Administration funds onboarding at $1,000 per court for courts covered by the statewide program. Additional courts selected by your county are billed at the same per-court rate and paid by the county. eCourtDate will confirm the final court count and any county-paid amount in writing before work begins.

We acknowledge the fee for courts beyond the OCA-covered scope. *Provide a written quote for county-paid onboarding.
