Tarrant County was proud to be the first in Texas to implement eCourtDate, which has since become the statewide Court Reminder Program through the Office of Court Administration. The system is seamless, efficient, and most importantly, it works. We have seen how something as simple as a timely text message can improve court appearance rates and reduce the burden on defendants and staff. I strongly encourage other counties to use this tool.
